Summary

MyEducationBC (MyEd BC) is a secure student information system set up by the province of BC. 

Who Is Eligible 

School administrators, secretaries, and teachers. Security is guided by the rules and regulations of the School Act and Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).

To access the MyEd BC Intranet page, where you can find procedures and how-to guides, login with your SD68 Username and Password. 

The appropriate employees are granted access as their assignment changes. If you have any questions about MyEd access, please submit a Service Request.

MyEd IST Access Addon Request
Submit this form to request elevated MyEd IST access for high school teaching staff who will have IST responsibilities included in their FTE. Requests for elevated MyEd IST access for all other staff must be submitted using the New Account Staff Request form.
School Photo Information Request
Clerical staff will receive an email to fill out this form for next year’s school photos. The form, due by May 31st, confirms your school’s chosen photography studio and approves sharing student and staff data with them.
