If you are unable to submit a ticket via service68.ca, email or phone helpdesk@sd68.bc.ca or (250) 741-5290 (Option 1).

Please note: service68 email and phone lines are only monitored during normal operating hours (7:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday).
