This article provides information on how to upload documents to the PowerSchool/Atrieve system.

Instructions
Uploading Documents to Atrieve
While in Atrieve, on a page that allows document uploads, complete the following steps:

To upload a document, you can either Select files… or use the Drag and Drop (i.e. Drop files here to upload) Option. Acceptable formats for images are jpg, png and pdf

To use Select Files on a personal device (phone or tablet), browse to the saved image/document or take a picture of the document and it will be uploaded
Note: If you use Select Files on a computer, File Explorer will open, and you will be able to browse to find the image/document. Select the document/image and select Open

To use the drag and drop option, locate your file and click/hold/drag the document into the Document Upload window

When the file shows that its uploaded successfully, select Submit

To see the document that you uploaded, select the "click here" option under Document Upload
Trouble Shooting
iPhone and iPad File Type Not Allowed Error
If you get this error on an iPhone or an iPad, you are using the high efficiency format for photos. The high efficiency format is not accepted by Atrieve. You will need to either change your device settings or change the format of the image. To do this:
- Go to Settings – Camera – Formats on your iOS device and select Most Compatible, and attempt upload again -OR-
- Take a photo directly which should upload successfully
Android Asking for Permission to Take Photo
- Select Allow to use the Camera when error prompt appears
Prompt to Complete One-Time Setup
- If you are prompted to complete a one-time setup when uploading a document, select Close and continue uploading your document
