Scheduling parent-teacher meetings is easy with Microsoft Bookings
All schools have access to the Microsoft Bookings app for parents and caregivers to book in-person and virtual conferences with teachers at schools.
Bookings is a Microsoft 365 app and conveniently integrated with our district logins, email, calendar, and Teams environments. Other scheduling apps used for this purpose may not meet privacy legislation and security standards.
With MS Bookings:
- Parents book an appointment with their teacher based on availability. The link to the school's online booking page can be posted on the school website or sent via email and newsletter.
- Appointments automatically populate the teacher's Outlook calendar.
- Parents receive a confirmation that includes a calendar invitation with details and Teams links.
- School Admin/Office staff can manually add bookings to the calendar if needed.

Request a Bookings Calendar
If a bookings calendar doesn't already exist for your school, you can submit a request for IT to create one here:
IT will create a Booking Calendar for your school following a standard template, and provide administrator access.
Bookings Calendars created by IT will contain a "Booking-" prefix before the school name.
IT can not access, change permissions or otherwise modify non-IT created calendars.
