Summary
This article provides instructions on how to enroll in the NLPS Password Reset Utility. If you forget your password or your password expires, the only way to reset your password is to use the Password Reset Utility or to submit a ticket for a Password Reset.
We recommend that all NLPS staff enroll in the SD68 Password Reset Utility so they can reset their password in the future via self-service.

This article is intended to be used by NLPS staff.
Instructions
Enroll in the NLPS Password Reset Utility:
- Navigate to the NLPS Password Reset Utility website (link)
- Enter your Username
- Enter your Current Password
- Enter your SD68 email address
- Select 1st question and enter your Answer
- Select 2nd question and enter your Answer
- Select 3rd question and enter your Answer
- Select Next
- Select OK
Once you have enrolled in the password reset utility,
you can use it to reset or change your password.
