Summary
This article provides information about how to submit a ticket in service68. Submitting a ticket in service68 is the fastest and most efficient way to contact the IT Department for support.

This article is intended to be used by NLPS staff.
Instructions
- Open your browser and navigate to the service68 home page (https://service68.ca)
- Click on the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the service68 page and log in using your NLPS username and password
- Once logged in, click on the "Get Help - Contact IT for Support" button
- Review the options available on the Get Help page, and choose the service that best meets your needs:
- Report an IT Incident - report an unexpected failure or disruption to an IT system or service
- Submit an IT Service Request - request new equipment or a change to equipment, access, or locations
- Password reset assistance
- After selecting the area of support you need, fill out the form providing as much detail as possible. Required fields have an asterisk (*) next to them.
- Click "Submit" at the bottom of the form.
- You will receive an email notification that your ticket has been submitted. Your request will be assigned to an IT support technician during regular support hours.
- You can check the status and activity on your ticket by returning to the service68 home page and clicking the "View My Tickets" button.
