Instructions

Background

The following requirements to be completed before a Co-Teacher(s) can be granted permission to Electronic Report Card Access (ERC).

 

Questions to Ask Principal

General

  1. Does the principal want the Primary Teachers name printed on Report Card?

Yes – Continue with steps below

No – Follow steps in Elementary Clerical Procedures – Report Cards – ERC and MyEd Proficiencies Scenarios

  1. Who will be entering proficiencies in MyEd?

Primary Teacher – Yes – Continue with steps below

Primary Teacher - No - Follow steps in Elementary

 

Staffing Notification

  1. Is there a current staffing notification?

 

FIPPA

  1. Has the teacher completed and passed FIPPA?

Path: Intranet > FIPPA Completed > Log in > search for teacher

MyEd

  1. Co-Teacher is set-up in MyEd – Updating or Attaching Co-Teacher to Attendance Course Section
  2. Report Cards – ERC and MyEd Proficiencies Scenarios Complete?

 

Submission via Service68 must contain the following information:

  1. Confirmation of School Administrator approval
  2. Yes or No teacher has completed FIPPA
  3. Provide ‘sharing’ teacher(s) Full Name
  4. Provide All divisions ‘sharing’ teacher requires
  5. Provide specific subject(s) or indicate all subjects if applicable

Note: Once a co-teacher has been set up in ERC, it can take up to 24 hours for access to be granted
