This article is intended to be used by SD68 staff who use a Windows operating system on their District computer.
Instructions
Finding Missing Network Drives
If you change computers or if there was recently a major Windows update, you may only see "This PC" and no network drives. In order to locate the network drives available to you, follow these steps:
- Open the Windows File Explorer by clicking on the yellow folder icon that is next to the Windows Start button.
- Click on the arrow next to This PC which is in the left column of the File Explorer window
- This will expand all of the network drives that are available to you.
- If you don't see any of your drives, restart your computer and try again.
- If you still don't see any of your drives after restart, contact the Help Desk for assistance.
