How to Join a Teams Meeting
If you are invited to a Teams meeting, the meeting will appear in your Outlook calendar, just like any other meeting.
- Open the meeting request and click on Join Teams Meeting.
a. This will open the Teams app and present you with some options on how you want to appear in the Teams meeting (e.g. mic on/of, video on/off, background blur, etc)
- When you’re ready to join the meeting, click Join now
