Summary
If you have forgotten your password and you have already enrolled in the Password Reset Utility, you can reset your password by selecting the reset option.
Once you have reset your password, on personal devices Forget the BYOD network so your account doesn't get locked out and update your password when prompted on your Outlook app. Personal Device instructions are at the end of this article.

Password Requirements
Pick a strong password: Easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess.
- Password must be a minimum of 8 characters
- Recommendation: Choose a "pass phrase" that is meaningful to you and at least 14 characters long
- Use at least 3 of the following character types:
- Uppercase
- Lowercase
- Numbers
- Symbols
- It CANNOT contain your name or username
- It CANNOT match commonly used passwords
- It CANNOT match any of your last 10 passwords
- DO NOT write down or store your passwords either on paper or digitally (in files or folders)
Instructions
1. From your browser, visit the SD68 password reset utility website and click on Reset.

2. Enter your username, then click next

3. Enter the answers to your 3 security questions when you enrolled and click next after each one.


4. Enter your new password, confirm it and click next.
5. Finally, click OK to complete the password reset.
Personal Devices
Once your password has been reset, you must also update it on any personal device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) that has been configured to connect to SD68 resources such as email or Wi-Fi. Failure to update the password on your personal devices may result in your account getting temporarily locked.
